Welcome to Project Runway We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! The space - 3rd Floor Unit - 1 BR w/ Queen bed - 1 BA - Pull out sofa - Workspace - Full Kitchen - Dining Area - 55" Roku Tv in Main Room - Free High Speed Wifi - Free Shared Laundry on garden level Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit. Also, can use the washer and dryer located on the first floor Other things to note -The shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor. -Laundry room is available in the basement anytime after 4pm. -Extra towels and sheets available on request. We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site. *We are not responsible for items left behind* *We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*
