The basement is locked, but you can access all of the exterior parts of the property. The back garden has a wooden deck, grass and plants that are maintained, and we now have two outdoor tables with 8 deck chairs for most of the year. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
