On the first floor, you'll find a queen bedroom and a kids' bunk room with two bunk beds - ideal for the little ones. Head up to the second floor for two queen bedrooms and a king bedroom, while the third floor offers one king bedroom and one queen bedroom. Six full bathrooms mean no early-morning queues, and every bathroom features a walk-in shower. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided, so you can pack light. A bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water round out the bathroom essentials.   Kitchen & dining The open-concept kitchen and dining area is where the group naturally comes together. Full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, blender, and a toaster cover every cooking scenario. A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine are available on every floor, so the first person up never has to wait. Elevated counters double as a breakfast bar for quick bites before beach days, and the dining table handles the full group for sit-down meals. Barbecue utensils, wine glasses, and all cooking basics are stocked and ready.   Living & lounge The spacious living room is sized for everyone. Sink into a comfortable sectional sofa, pull a blanket off the stack, and settle in for movie nights on the HDTV. Ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace with WiFi is tucked into a common area for anyone who needs to stay connected.   Outdoor space Step outside to four outdoor decks - two covered - with beach views, a covered tile veranda, and a large covered first-level area. Shared outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill make the outdoor space as livable as inside. The shared backyard gives kids room to roam. Beach access is right there via a community boardwalk, just steps from the house. A shared outdoor pool (heated, open 8 AM - 10 PM, available year-round) and shared hot tub (open 9 AM - 10 PM) are part of the community facilities.   The extras A free washer and dryer in-unit keep things ticking over on longer stays. Free parking on premises and free street parking are both available. The home has a private entrance with self check-in via keypad. A crib, pack 'n play, and children's dinnerware are on hand for families with young ones. Extra pillows and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, an iron, and a drying rack are all included. The home is pet-friendly.
