Lake Ontario Beachfront Retreat | House 1

Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This is one of two houses on this property (closer to the beach) with direct beach access to beautiful Lake Ontario. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging and building sand castles. This house can be rented on its' own or with the other house (see other listings on my profile). Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We provide discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks. The space There are many rooms in this house making it perfect for a family vacation (4 bedrooms and 1 loft). Please note there is no door to the loft. We have a large deck and grill for outdoor dining and a cozy living room area with smart TV and couches. Two additional smart TV's located in bedrooms. Central AC and heating throughout the house. Wifi throughout the house. Washer and dryer available for your use. There is a grill available for use on the deck. We do keep a propane tank at the property for the grill, but the tank levels are not monitored or maintained. If they run out, you may exchange the tanks at a nearby store. We have two ocean kayaks, life jackets, and flotation devices available for use. There is a pack n’ play (collapsible crib) in the master bedroom should you need it. The water is treated and safe to drink, however, we also have a 5-gallon water dispenser in the kitchen if you prefer purified water. We do not provide the 5-gallon water jugs- please be sure to bring your own if you want filtered water. Please take time to review the House Rules upon booking. This property belongs to an HOA and we will not be able to rent the property unless the rules are abided by ALL guests. The house rules are also posted at the property and available in the Welcome binder. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and share the beach front with guests staying at other house on property. House access through lock box. Code will be provided at time of booking. Other things to note Nightly prices do not include taxes and Airbnb fees. We have a minimum night stay of 3 nights in peak season (May-September) and do not allow one night stays.
