Mountainside Manor

This is a lovely home with a very wide open floor plan. It has 4,040 square feet and has five bedrooms. The house sleeps upwards of 12 people. The basement includes a pullout couch, entertainment center, shuffle board, Ping Pong, Darts, Klackers, and a poker/board game table and plenty of family board games and books. The wildlife are abundant and often make their beds around the property lines. The residence lies within tall pine trees that can often be heard swaying in the evening winds . The space Nearly all of the 4,040 square feet are available for use. The main level contains the large kitchen with all the pots, pans and cooking supplies a family needs. Also on the main floor is the living room, dining area, master bedroom and bathroom. The laundry room and a half bathroom are also on the main floor. From our kitchen window you can see the abundant wild life roaming around. In certain season, the turkeys can be heard “talking” about. On the upstairs portion of the house, we have four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The walkout basement has a half bathroom and a full entertainment area. In that room, we have a sectional leather couch with a pullout double bed. The room also contains ping pong, darts, a poker table (roulette, craps, Texas hold’em) and plenty of board games. The house is meant for large families enjoying a reunion, hosting kids and vacations to the nearby tourist attractions of Durango. Guest access In the neighborhood, fishing is available at the small private lake.
