Country Home: close to town, room to spread out

This country delight is perfect for your family or working home-base. Only about 10 minutes away from Cheyenne, but you may not want to leave! Lots of space to spread out and plenty of spots to come together. Large kitchen, huge dining room table, and fire pit (with permission - weather permitting). This is our family home that we are offering up temporarily. We love living here and know you’ll enjoy it too! The space Beautifully updated farm house, with classic charm but modern amenities. Five bedrooms located on the second story - Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and four additional bedrooms plus another bathroom. The main floor is nice and open with a fully stocked kitchen and one more bathroom. A washer and dryer is available for guest use. Guest access The home is located on 10 acres. There is a large parking area with plenty of room for your vehicle(s) Outdoor amenities are seasonably available (in the summer) Other things to note This is our family home. We’re happy to share it with you, but ask that you treat it with respect and care. Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 10am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (10am-11am) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability. The basement has a private exterior entrance and is being offered as a separate listing. With this in mind, we do ask that quiet hours be observed between 10pm and 7am. Long term guests (longer than 2 weeks) are required to either pay an additional refundable cleaning deposit or pay for (via Airbnb at time of service) mid-stay cleanings (about once every two weeks). The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP. We charge a $15/pet per night for a max of $150 per stay. This is charged the day before your arrival. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.
