~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets. The space Location: The house is in town, two blocks from Silverton's main street. Layout: The space is a 2nd floor walk-up, above the garage. You get the entire space (two bedrooms + loft, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and secured/heated garage bay). One flight of stairs is required to access the unit, and the loft is reached by (included) ladder. The home comes fully stocked and prepared for your stay. Included accommodations: • All bedding and towels • Onsite washer & dryer • Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and moisturizer • Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware • Living room has a TV (with Roku) & stereo for your tunes • Wifi included throughout the house • Heated/secured garage with work bench, bike tools, bike wash supplies, and space for gear storage Parking: One small space in garage*, plus off-street space for 3 vehicles, plus street-parking. Notes: ** The garage is small (measuring 84" wide x 94" tall) and is best-suited for gear or small vehicles. Guest access The rental unit is located above the garage and is accessed via one flight of stairs. You will be provided check-in instructions after your booking is confirmed.
