The space The home features TWO master suites, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms, giving large groups plenty of space to spread out and relax. Located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, you’re close to the area’s best restaurants, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, and spring training stadiums. The home is fully stocked with everything your group needs for a comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Any food or beverages left in the pantry or refrigerator are welcome to be enjoyed during your stay. Please keep food and drinks in the kitchen and living areas and dispose of leftovers prior to checkout. Other things to note This home is perfect for celebrations, girls trips, golf trips, and group getaways — we just ask that guests help us respect the home and our neighbors. We want everyone to have a fantastic stay while also respecting our home and the surrounding neighborhood. • Please keep furniture, tables, and outdoor items in their original locations inside and outside the home. • Pool equipment and the safety fence should remain in place for safety and liability reasons. If children are staying at the home, the pool fence will be installed. Please always supervise children around the pool. • Quiet hours in the neighborhood are 10pm–8am. The home is great for groups, but it is not a party house and we ask guests to respect the neighbors. • No smoking or drug use is permitted anywhere on the property. • Pets are not allowed. • Please follow the checkout instructions so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guests. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or trash left behind. • Guests are responsible for any broken items or damages during their stay. Only approved guests are allowed on the property. For safety and security, exterior security cameras are located at the front of the home. There are no cameras inside the house. Window sensors and security alarms are installed for the protection of the property and are controlled by the host.
