High- speed Wifi and Netflix provided.​ The space Little Bear Cottage is a comfy cottage home, built to house a small family, couples, or a small group. Our two-story getaway was constructed in 2019 and features the newest gadgets and kitchen amenities. It is a modern farmhouse styled home with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, electric fireplace, laundry room, wrap around deck, and hot tub. The home sits on an elevated lot, allowing you to clearly view the breathtaking mountain scenery all around. BEDROOMS: The main floor bedroom contains a king bed, smart tv, dresser, and a large sliding door closet. The master suite comprises the entire upstairs which features a king bed, walk-in closet, large Smart tv, and cozy sitting area. *Both bedrooms are fitted with comfy bedding, decorative pillows, nightstands, and large windows with blackout shades. BATHROOMS: The downstairs bath has a vanity, basin sink, walk-in shower with beautiful stone accents, and a secluded toilet. The master bath is connected to the master suite with a hand-crafted sliding barn door. The master bath has a free-standing soaking tub that sits adjacent to a large window, as well as a two-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Little Bear Cottage is perfect for outdoor activities. Enjoy a family barbecue on the large deck with our propane barbecue and shaded picnic table, watch the sun rise or set from the porch rocking chairs with a hot cup of coffee, or count the stars at night during a long soak in the outdoor hot tub. OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE: EV CHARGER, Wifi, Netflix, towels, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, board games, electric fireplace, toaster, blender ,dishware, coffee pot and Kuerig. Little Bear Cottage is a quiet, clean, and peaceful home. In order to keep it that way, we prefer the max number of guests be 4. No pets. However, we want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy our lovely home and you may contact the host to discuss other options. For each additional guest above the preferred 4, there will be a $50 fee, per night, as well as an extra cleaning fee of $50 for each additional person. CHECK IN TIME is anytime after 4:00 P.M.
