This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home offers comfortable living spaces, thoughtful touches throughout, and a firepit for evenings under the stars. The space Two-bedroom, one-bath ranch house perfect for a quiet country escape. Enjoy a spacious open layout with a full kitchen, dining area, and large living room with Roku TV and WiFi. The front bedroom has a queen bed and TV (antenna only); the back bedroom has a full bed, twin daybed, and twin trundle. Washer/dryer with detergent provided. Just minutes from town, restaurants, golf, and the World Shooting Complex. Relax by the lake—fish, dip your feet, or take a swim at your own risk. Guest access - Fishing but bring your own poles and gear - Swimming (at your own risk) - Paddle Boat (at your own risk) (seasonal) - Free WiFi and Roku TV - Gas fireplace (seasonal) - Gas BBQ Grill - Gas firepit (we supply first propane tank, after that guest is responsible for a refilled tank) There is a small tin shed out front where we keep a wagon, beach chairs, and floating devices for the lake, help yourself to use during your stay! Other things to note This home is tucked away in the country, surrounded by fields—so from time to time, a curious mouse or a few bugs may sneak in. Please let us know right away if you notice anything, and we’ll take care of it promptly. During warmer months, you may see mosquitoes, spiders, and other local critters. You might also catch nearby farmers planting, cutting hay, or harvesting—it’s all part of the peaceful rural charm! Fireplace is seasonal. If the air conditioner is still running during the day, we probably have the gas turned off to the fireplace.
