Fully furnished with bathroom with a shower, stove, fridge, and kitchen. It has a small courtyard outside with a grill for hanging out and a more private deck out back. It is conveniently located off of SH130 / Hwy 183. There is legendary BBQ just down the street in Lockhart! The space Very nice little tiny house made out of two shipping containers. Has a fully stocked kitchen with an oven and a stove, microwave, coffee machine, mixer, toaster and a dining table which seats four people. It has a TV with a DVD player. In addition, it has a living room with a sofa that easily converts into a double bed. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The separate bedroom has a comfortable full size bed and a small wardrobe. It is a tiny house but has all the comfort of a big house. Guest access You will have the tiny house all to yourself. There is a nice front yard with a picnic bench, some chairs and a BBQ pit for you to use as well. There is also a nice deck in the back with two chairs and a table. You will have full access with Self Check-In to the House. Free Parking in Driveway.
