The Ocean is Your Backyard - Entire House on Ocean

At our home, the ocean is literally your backyard. Come and enjoy a stay in our small slice of paradise in the quaint Flagler beach area. Located on the north private beach section of Flagler Beach (Painters Hill), you can sit right in the backyard and experience ocean living with nothing obstructing your view. It's the perfect place for a family or a couple. Our spacious 2/2 with a full kitchen, living room and dinette will comfortably fit 4 Adults plus kids for a fun filled beach vacation. The space We try to keep our home as simple but as inviting as possible, to make every guest feel like it's their place to enjoy. You can sit inside the living room and gaze right out at the ocean or see it from either bedroom as well. You can choose to sit on the back patio to enjoy everything that the ocean has to offer or simply walk a few steps down the beach stairs to have your toes in the sand. There is a garage & locked closet on property, but we ask that guests do not use these spaces as the owners use these for personal property storage. Guest access We are located right on the ocean side with a large driveway that will comfortably fit 2 vehicles. So you can pull right up to the house to unload. Other things to note This is a private residence that is best suited for families or couples looking for a quiet and private beach retreat. We respectfully request no parties or large gatherings. Also please be aware that we ask all guests to not lower our a/c system below 72 so that it doesn't freeze up due to overworking in the harsh salt water environment. Also, upon checkout we do ask our guests to make sure the dishes have been cleaned and a load of white towels started. We don't want you to be surprised by that if you choose to stay with us.
