The space Centrally located on Boone Lake’s main channel, this retreat is just 10–15 minutes from Tri-Cities Airport, Bristol Motor Speedway, Muddy Creek Raceway, and Chateau Selah, and about 30 minutes from other area attractions. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the decks, gather around the fire pit, kayak the lake, or watch geese and planes in the distance—you may never want to leave! Boone Lake levels do vary seasonally, but there is always a beautiful water view. 🚫 No pets or smoking (inside or out). No parties or events. Guest access All spaces except 2 small closets and the garage are accessible to guests. Other things to note To answer our most popular question: Ninja DualBrew 12-Cup Drip, Single-Serve for Coffee Pods, can use ground coffee with cone shaped filters or k-cups. We suggest bringing cozy socks or slippers since most floors are hardwood with few rugs. For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Exterior Ring cameras at the doors help with secure entry and monitor outside activity. They do not record private spaces. Please don’t cover or disable them—doing so may result in cancellation of your stay.
