Come and stay in this extraordinary Cavendish home filled with historical charm yet fully updated with all the modern amenities you have come to expect. Our home has everything you need for your getaway. Gourmet kitchen, BBQ, Hot Tub, 2 master suites, games room, pool table, 70" TV, and window A/C's in all the bedrooms. Located just a short drive to many of Vermont's summer and winter attractions. The space Living Space: The home has large fully equipped gourmet kitchen ideal for preparing the perfect meal. There is a great breakfast bar making the kitchen a great place for you and your friends to hang out while cooking. Attached to the kitchen you will find a large dining room where you can enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family. Beyond the dining room is a cosy living room great for playing a game or relaxing on the couch with a good book. There is also another large room we call the den, with a 70" Smart TV. Sleeping Arrangement: The home has two master suites, one downstairs with a king bed and one upstairs with a queen. There is a 3rd bedroom which includes 2 single beds and one full size bed. We also have a large bonus area at the top of the stairs that includes two sets of bunk beds ideal for children (please note this area can not be closed off like a traditional bedroom). There is also a pull out couch in the den if needed. Backyard: Head outside and enjoyed a fenced in back yard complete with a propane BBQ (seasonal), Firepit and Hot Tub. Beyond the fence is over an acre of grassed private property for you to enjoy your favorite backyard sports from soccer to croquet! Games Area: The house includes a finished basement where you will find the games room, complete with pool table, Fussball table, dartboard, children's games, a games console, smart TV; and even a drum set! There is also treadmill and exercise bike for those looking for a workout. Entertainment: The house has a 70" TV in the den and a smaller TV in the kitchen. Both TV's are installed with Chromecast so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or favorite streaming app on your device and cast onto one of the TV's. We have a strong Xfinity wifi network in the house with a mesh network. If you need to catch up on a zoom call or emails then there is a desk in the bunk area to get your work done. PETS: We consider pets on a case by case basis. If you have a well behaved pet that will not damage the furniture, is house trained, and you clean up any mess in the yard before you leave, then you are welcome to bring them. We must be notified ahead of time. There is a maximum of 2 pets per visit and an additional fee of $25 per pet per night which will be requested prior to the beginning of your stay Guest access You will have access to the entire home.
