Cozy Cottage is within walking distance to Johnson City square. This adorable house, built in 1947 has all updated amenities. Original hard wood floors through out the house. Enjoy the 400 sq. ft. Deck with grill and fire pit in the cutest cottage in Johnson City. Each of the bedrooms have their own well appointed bathrooms and there is a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full size w/d . Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee, per pet. I can request the pet fee when you check in. The space Designer tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms, this home has a vintage yet modern feel. There are several exterior doors to enter and exit the home. Also, there is a very long crushed granite driveway with a privacy gate. The driveway is big enough to park several vehicles. Enjoy the grill and fire pit on the side yard, which is fully fenced. All appliances are brand new and top of the line. We are busy furnishing the cottage, fussing over all of the details to be sure you are sleeping on the most comfortable beds in town. Cozy Cottage will be available beginning February 2021. Guest access The whole cottage is yours! Private drive with gate. Other things to note You will enjoy great food, wine, historical places, shopping, antiquing, hiking and our wonderful Tex Mex food! The list is extremely long, but once you are here it will continue to be your "go to" place to relax and have fun! Remember our cottage and all the comforts of home are prepared especially for you to enjoy! We do charge a $50 pet fee, per pet for approved pet stays.
