It is a block from a neighborhood park with a Phoenix Suns basketball court, play equipment for the kids and a 1/3rd of a mile circular path. There are various restaurants within a mile including Mexican food, sushi bar, sports bar and Dairy Queen. The area stores include Albertson's, Walgreens, Wal-Mart and two Starbucks. We are centrally located. 10 min drive to downtown Yuma, 20 minutes to Mexico, 10 min to the hospital, 15 minutes to MCAS. and near direct route to YPG. The adjacent canal provides access to miles of walking and running trails that weave throughout Yuma. Besides 2 parking spots in the garage and 3 on driveway, there's ample on-street parking in front the house and the basin across the street.
