Eco+ guest suite in the center of all the fun

Hip modern amenities meet historic home in Shelby Park. A quick drive to everything in the urban core - Downtown, Nulu, Old Louisville, the Highlands, Germantown, and more. Easy access to the airport, to boot! We are pet friendly home, but require your pets be registered on the booking. We want your pets (and ours) to be as safe and comfortable as you are, and the fee covers additional costs to complete allergen level sanitization. The space We love to travel with AirBnB, and think it has made us thoughtful and thorough in how we have furnished the space. A comfy King sized bed gives you room to stretch out, and the kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and silverware) provides a great space to get a little work done or search for your next favorite place to eat in Louisville (there are SO MANY!) A 3D walk through of the space is provided after booking! Guest access This is a studio-style apartment set up in the second side of our home, which is a duplex. You will have access to the large bedroom, updated bathroom, and multi-purpose room (kitchenette/laundry). It has a private entrance, and self check in with a keypad, so you can be as private or as social as you want. We have four (adorable, but we're biased) dogs who are frequently hanging out on our side of the backyard, so we ask that you keep the gate between the patio areas closed at all times for their safety. They are cute, but not very street-smart. Other things to note Note: the space shares a common wall with a theater/community rehearsal room. It is not used frequently, and never used by musicians, but you can hear the action when you’re in the bedroom. We have a firm quiet-time policy for that space from 9pm-9am so you can get good sleep in the comfy bed. Registration Details LIC-STL-23-01110
