The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer. The space The owner is so thoughtful! You will find extras throughout this condo including a beach cart stocked with a few sands toys, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella to use during your stay! The dining room table sits 4 with more seating found at the kitchen bar. The master and guest baths are both large and very luxurious with granite counters. BEDDING CONFIGURATION Bedding arrangements (sleeps up to 8): Master: King sized bed, private bath, gulf front deck access Guest 1: King sized bed, semi-private bath Guest 2: Full size bed Living Room: Sofa Sleeper RESORT AMENITIES • A very wide beach! • Sunning boardwalk overlooking the beach. • Indoor/Outdoor pool (heated in cooler months). • Zero entry pool with splash pad! • Very large and impressive fitness center overlooking the beach! • Outdoor hot tub. • Sauna and steam room. PARKING INFO: Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
