Kick back at Sage Haven, our lovingly-maintained, 3,000 sqf cottage on beautiful Bay Lake. 2.5 hrs from downtown Toronto. This 4-season cottage is perfect for your family and friends, with ample space to gather indoors and out. Enjoy the gas fireplace, Muskoka room & chef-worthy kitchen. Make yourself at home on the lower level with a 65” TV, ping pong table and fun games. The space Sage Haven is a stunner, inside and out. Every detail is carefully designed to ensure your peaceful and luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The moment you walk in the door and see the custom-crafted kitchen, marble countertop, and wide-plank hemlock flooring, we know you'll immediately relax in your home away from home. Outside the cottage, the beautifully landscaped stone pathway will take you past the fire pit and down a shallow slope to 130 feet of shoreline and our spacious dock. In the warmer months, you can dive off the end into 10ft of refreshing, weed-free water. The dock has ample space to relax, read a book, catch the rays, or enjoy some daybreak sun salutations. 1 canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs are available for you to explore the lake and its gorgeous surroundings. Snowshoes are provided so that you can hit the trails during the winter months. Nama-stay all day! Guest access You'll have full use of the cottage, inside and out. Other things to note High season bookings (Victoria Day - Labour Day) are subject to a 7-night minimum booking, with check-in in Saturdays. Off-season bookings require a minimum of three nights and can be booked anytime. Dogs are welcome, and are subject to an additional $125 cleaning fee for up to two dogs (let us know if you’ll bring more than 2). Please let us know about your prized pooch when you book! We have Starlink so WIFI is fast, reliable and unlimited. Please feel to work from here or stream your favourite shows or movies. We ask that you use your own login for each streaming platform (Netflix, Crave etc.). Bell satellite TV is available with many channels including Crave and Starz. The dock will be pulled out of the water for the fall/winter and is returned in the Spring. For safety reasons, there is NO water entry without the dock and water entry is not guaranteed between Thanksgiving and Victoria Day. For winter bookings, we recommend driving to the cottage in a vehicle with all wheel drive and winter tires. Although the roads will be plowed, we get a lot of snow up here and it’s always best to be prepared. Also, the ice makes it slippery so please make sure you have the right footwear and be careful where you step, especially if you head down to the fire pit/lake.
