We live on the premise in the main house and are always available via text, cell or Airbnb App. We're happy to provide restaurant and visitor recommendations (please see our Guidebook) . If you like to learn swing dancing (lessons are available for additional fee), we will be happy to show you some moves and go swing dancing. We have a terrific selection of numerous coffee shops, specialty stores (such as stone grind chocolate, vintage store), restaurants, movie theaters, bowling alley, art galleries and Sunday farmers market that feature locally grown and health conscious foods with DJ or live band. Beach access is only a few minutes and a short driving distance to the world-famous Venice Beach (aka Muscle Beach), the Venice Canals or you can head out the other way to Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Culver City, Santa Monica, West LA/Little Osaka Japan town, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, Hollywood or Universal Studios. If you are into art, we have all of LA's best museums: LACMA, The Hammer, The Broad, The Getty, Getty Villa, Maurice and Paul Marciano Art Foundation and many more! There are many Metro stations within minutes of driving distance that can take you straight to the beach or downtown LA. Uber, Lyft and electronic bicycles & scooters rentals are near by. If guests smoke or vape inside the Tiki Pad and/or left the property with heavy perfume, they may be subjected to a $250 penalty of their deposit plus any extra time spent cleaning to return the property back to its original state. • Any damage or plumbing issues arising from too much toilet paper or any other material put in the toilet, guest will be held financially liable. • Currently there's no pool access. • Please respect quiet time after 11 pm as we live on the premise in the main house. • Please note there are outdoor cameras on the premise by the gate. • We take privacy seriously, however we're available if needed.
