Tucked away amongst the trees is Oka Chukka tiny house. A one of a kind cabin perched within the Ouachita Mountain range, overlooking the sparkling Sardis Lake. This cabin sits on 5.5 acres of solitude. Our home features a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, modern and vintage furnishings, TV, washer/dryer, phenomenal shower, wrap around porch and MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS (Photos don't do it justice). Just 2 minutes from the lake, you can enjoy small town living at its finest. *EV CHARGING AVAILABLE* The space We may be biased but we see our space as cozy, simple and practical. We offer board games, giant jenga, coffee/tea, comfortable rocking chairs, 5.5 acres to hike and views for days!!! Guest access Please only park between the red reflectors. Other things to note A 4x4 vehicle is NOT necessary to access the property. My wife drives her sedan to the property all the time. The grill at the property requires charcoal. *We do not provide charcoal* If you are looking for a romantic/quiet getaway, this is your place! GIFTS UPON YOUR ARRIVAL We can set out a bottle of wine for you at $35. We also offer a Anniversary/Honeymoon Special of wine, and a meat and cheese board for $75. If mobility is an issue , you may find it difficult to walk on. For everyone else, it should be no problem.***** For EV charging, you will need to bring the correct cords for a 50 amp receptacle.
