Check in is 4p.m. - Check out is 11am The master bedroom features an extra large bathroom and walk in closet. All three bedrooms have queen beds with 100% white cotton sheets, comforter, duvet cover and hypoallergenic/bedbug proof mattress cover. The bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVs with access to Netflix and YouTube using Roku. Bathrooms have floss, Q-tips, make up removers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The backyard is a good size and has a fire pit, grill, table/chairs as well as Moringa and banana trees. Guests are welcome to use the moringa leaves for tea, as it is very high in nutrients. We provide beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and beach boards). There is a high chair, bassinet and pack in play for your little one and plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained! The Coffee station is in the kitchen with coffee pods and cream/sugar to start your day. The kitchen is fully equipped providing stainless steel pots, pans, bowls and utensils needed to make any meal. I am available right away if you have any questions :) Located .05 miles from Provost Park, 1.2 miles from Cocoa Riverfront park (which offers a waterfront recreation area featuring a splash fountain perfect for kids, a boardwalk, amphitheater, covered pavilions & playground) and .09 miles from Historic Cocoa Village and its array of restaurants and bakeries. There is no access to the garage, as it is currently being used for storage. No smoking allowed in the house, ashtray is provided in outdoor seating area. **** We provide a limited quantity of items for guests at the time of their arrival, we do not replenish those items (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, soda, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags).**** Guest access Everything!
