While we're excited about these enhancements, we want to be upfront with you: construction work, including concrete and steel repairs, as well as balcony renovations, will create noise during daytime hours for approximately 12 months. During balcony work, access to your unit's balcony may be temporarily restricted or blocked. Construction Hours are 8am-5:30 M-F, no work on weekends. Amelia by the Sea Condo 101 is in a private gated complex with open parking for a maximum of two vehicles per unit. This beachside ultra-convenient ground-floor corner unit has easy access to the beach boardwalk. Because this is an end unit, it has extra windows that allow for more natural light. This unit has a King Bed in the Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a guest room with two queen beds, and a second bathroom close by adjacent to the hall. It sleeps up to six adults. (Sorry, No Pets are allowed.) This unit has many amenities that will make you feel like you're at home, so you won't have to sacrifice any creature comforts. This unit comes equipped with a full kitchen, a separate dining area, complimentary cable TV, a washer/dryer, and Wifi throughout the condo (for those of you who need to stay in touch just the right amount!!)  Enjoy the sand and surf your way. There is convenient access to the beach and an 800 ft fishing pier exclusive to our guests. The best part, no finishing license is required when fishing from this private pier. Want to enjoy just lounging about and getting some sun? There's a pool located on the ocean side of the complex. Additional amenities include a community grill with a picnic table and lounge chairs available on a first-come basis. For those interested in exercise: there are two very well-maintained tennis courts also available on a first-come basis and a highly rated, 27-hole municipal  Fernandina Beach Golf course a short two-minute drive from the condo. The condo is right across the street from the local "Surf" restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner indoors or outdoors and a spacious deck with Live Music on select nights.  RRDP-000424-2021
