Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of the garage, which is for the use of our maintenance teams only. Other things to note Pets are strictly prohibited. Please respect this instruction. Parties are forbidden. We will not tolerate any nuisance caused by noise that disturbs the neighborhood. Severe fines will be imposed for breaches of this rule. The rate is based on the number of occupants.
