Pagosa Springs offers plenty of opportunities for our valued visitors any time of the year! Fly fishing can be done just about anywhere along the San Juan River or Echo Canyon Reservoir (5 minutes). The warmth of the hot springs, also just 5 minutes away, provides endless enjoyment and epic relaxation. This house is approved for 6 people, but it has 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and a crib. Other things to note Windows unlatch and crank open to enjoy that wonderfully cool mountain air year round! Also, please ask before making any outdoor fires. Sometimes there are fire bans due to dry conditions and this can incur a very large fine if caught.
