Grand Chateau Mansion Retreat - Sleeps 15

A stunning chateau style mansion sitting on 1.5 acres of beautifully kept gardens/lawn - a truly private and peaceful oasis RIGHT IN THE CITY. (12 minutes to Pentagon City/15 minutes to Washington, DC/16 minutes to Tysons Corner) The space This home is like a retreat right in the city. Balconies are attached to two of the second floor bedrooms and have views into crystal city. There are benches to sit outside and plenty of shade from all the trees on the lawn to enjoy a picnic outdoors or just walk the lawn. We also have hiking trails adjacent to the home. Guest access The property being rented is a Single Family Home, entire First & Second Floor. There will be no hosts or others sharing the areas of the house above being rented out. The basement is not a part of this house being rented out. The basement can not be accessed from the interior of the home. Rental Space: The first floor has a formal dining, living room with foosball table, air hockey, family room, kitchen, sunroom with dining area in the kitchen, half bathroom, covered patio, 3 car garage, and an empty entertainment room connected to patio. The second floor has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The following amenities are included in the property: Microwave Dishwasher Stove/Oven Keurig Coffee (with pods for stay) Washer & Dryer (located in master bathroom) Refrigerator 1 hair dryer (located in master bathroom) First-Aid Kit Towels (1 for each guest) Pots/Pans Plates/Cups Silverware A starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are available for use, as well as, basic household cleaning products. Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies guest may need and all food and beverage. Other things to note Animal-free zone: This house is an animal-free zone as the host’s elderly mother & caretaker are both asthmatic and highly allergic. We have found deep cleanings are still not able to fully rid the house of animal dander after an animal has stayed. Fireplaces have all been closed for safety. A past incident left the entire house filled with smoke because the chimney damper was not opened when a fire was started. We have since closed access to the fireplaces at the property. There will be no hosts or others sharing the house being rented out.
