Beautiful small home designed after many trips to Italy! Located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked in a wooded area. It has all the amenities you need to feel at home. We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City, 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and 1 hour more or less to many mountains, waterfalls and outdoor activities! 5-8 minutes away, you can find an Ingles supermarket with a Starbucks and gas station, a Walmart, an ALDI and other convenient stores. The space After going to Italy, Spain, Morocco, Mexico and many other beautiful countries, we wanted to bring some of that beauty our way. You will notice this on the beautiful walls in the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped with the things you’ll need such as Keurig, coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, toaster, blender....etc. We have a grill outside in the porch. You can dine in and avoid restaurants or eat out by the beautiful fire pit! (Fire pit is shared with the other cottage beside it) After a nice day out, you can enjoy your evening on the porch or by the fire pit seating area. Dimmable lights will keep the light by the fire pits just right for the perfect atmosphere. (Firewood included). …or you can relax inside catching up on your favorite TV show. We provide Cable as well as Netflix. Our king size bed will give you a good night rest to wake up the next day feeling ready for a new adventure. In the bathroom you’ll find clean white towels, hand soap and some toiletries. In case you need to do a wash, we provide a washer and dryer for your convenience along with detergent. If you’re traveling with family or friends and want to stay near each other, but not in the same house, we have another cottage on the same property. We’ll be happy to send the link to that cottage. PET FEE price breakdown: 2-7 days= $40 7-14 days= $50 14-21 days= $60 21-28 days= =$70 Price is for 1-2 dogs. (Max of 2 dogs). PET FEE: When you select that you’re bringing a pet, you’ll be charged $30 but if you’re staying for more than 7 days, we’ll send you a money request accordingly to the amount of time you’ll be staying with us. Here is what we’re doing in an effort to keep our guests safe during COVID-19: We have signed up with the Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning program and committed to following the cleaning protocol they’ve suggested. We’ve received a “Enhanced Clean” badge for doing so on our listing. Here are some things that we do. There will be a more thorough list of what’s been done at the cottage. -We use disinfecting spray after every stay and before we start deep cleaning and disinfecting. We open all windows for at least one hour after every stay. - All bedding, including Duvet cover is washed after every stay. -All high touch surfaces are disinfected: light switches, door handles, lamps, blind handles, etc. Guest access This a a 100% guest house. Access to the driveway is through a nice and quite neighborhood street. The driveway is shared by 2 other Haynes cottages. There is a numerical key code lock to get in. That way you’ll never have to worry about lost keys. The key code to get in as well as the internet password will be provided after you book your stay. You’ll be able to see the code a few days before your check in date. Other things to note We accept long terms. (3 months or less). 35% off regular price.
