Cozy Italian interior cottage near TIEC

Beautiful small home designed after many trips to Italy, located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked away in a wooded area. There will be house construction in front of this Airbnb from Mon-Fri From 9am-6pm. We apologize for the inconvenience in advance. We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City, 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and 1 hour more or less to many mountains, waterfalls, and outdoor activities! Close to many supermarket stores and restaurants The space After visiting Italy, Spain, Morocco, Mexico, and many other beautiful countries, we wanted to bring some of that beauty our way. You will notice this on the beautiful walls in the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped with the things you’ll need, such as a Keurig, coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, toaster, blender, etc. We have a grill outside on the porch. You can dine in and avoid restaurants or eat out by the beautiful fire pit! (Fire pit is shared with the other cottage beside it) After a nice day out, you can enjoy your evening on the porch or by the fire pit seating area. Dimmable lights will keep the light by the fire pit just right for the perfect atmosphere. (Firewood included) Or you can relax inside, catching up on your favorite TV show on Netflix. (We do not provide Cable TV) Our king-size bed will give you a good night's rest to wake up the next day feeling ready for a new adventure. In the bathroom, you’ll find clean white towels, hand soap, and some essential toiletries. In case you need to do a wash, we provide a washer and dryer for your convenience, along with detergent. If you’re traveling with family or friends and want to stay near each other, but not in the same house, we have another cottage on the same property. We’ll be happy to send the link to that cottage. PET FEE price breakdown: 2-7 days= $40 7-14 days= $50 14-21 days= $60 21-28 days= =$70 Price is for 1-2 dogs. (Max of 2 dogs). No pets allowed if you’re staying for more than 28 days. PET FEE: When you select that you’re bringing a pet, you’ll be charged $40, but if you’re staying for more than 7 days, we’ll send you a money request according to the amount of time you’ll be staying with us. Guest access Access to the driveway is through a nice, quiet neighborhood street. The driveway is shared by 2 other Haynes cottages. There is a numerical key code lock to get in. That way, you’ll never have to worry about lost keys. The key code to get in, as well as the internet password, will be provided after you book your stay. You’ll be able to see the code about 2 days before your check-in date. Other things to note We accept long-term. (3 months or less). 30% off the regular price.
