This pool home will sure inspire you to relax and enjoy your company; We installed a multi-color LED light in the pool to enhance your experience at night. For an additional daily fee of $35/night, we can turn on the pool & spa/Jacuzzi heater, otherwise you can enjoy the pool as-is. BBQ Gas Grill is available for use: Cost $30 and must be cleaned by the guest. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is not cleaned. Message host for lock code. BBQ utensils are provided. An easy to clean and reusable BBQ Grill Mat is also provided to help you avoid a cleaning fee so please use it. It’s PFOA & BPA free. Located right across from the JW Marriot & the Ritz Carlton.The neighborhood is fairly quiet & sits right across from the Ritz Carlton & the JW Marriott, both have wonderful restaurants & bars. Guest access Entire House Other things to note Kitchen is fully equipped with 16-Piece Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware Set, 14-Piece Silicone Cooking Utensils, plenty of eating utensils, plates, coffee mugs, wine & drinking glasses, paper towel, spice rack, Ninja blender, Cuisinart Custom 4-Slice Toaster, Keurig coffee machine with unlimited K-cup pods, 15-piece Knife-set & 3 chopping boards. Outdoor Covered Patio is equipped with 11 Piece outdoor sectional, 2 coffee tables & lounge chairs. DO NOT Leave Children unattended if they can't swim. Sliding door & Master Bath doors that lead to the pool both have locks on top to ensure kids don't enter the patio area unattended. 4 Large 4K 50" Smart TV's are equipped with Free Netflix. 2 TVs in 2 Livingrooms & 2 TVs in 2 Bedrooms. All furniture, Appliances & Fixtures are Brand New as of August 2019 We use All Natural and / or All Organic Shampoo, Body Wash & Hair Conditioner. We use Plant Powered Hypoallergenic laundry detergent - made for sensitive skin. Pool & Spa can be heated for an additional $35/night. You must inform your host in advance that you'd like the pool heated so that host can make arrangements to turn it on or provide you with instructions on how to do it.
