City of Anaheim imposes 15% Transient Tax on all licensed Short Term Rental, will be collected by owner prior to arrival through resolution center, and submit to the city. You can still take OCTA bus 83 (its terminal is located on the Ball Rd, about one block away) to Disneyland Park. it takes only two stops to reach to Disneyland Park entrance. Quiet Hours are between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. This rule is enforced by city of Anaheim. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home including the game room at any time. No tobacco, no vaping and no marijuana or other drugs is allowed. The initial daily price is for 8 people, addition guest fee is $30/guest/night, maximum 11 people permitted. Infants under 2 are not counted toward headcount for occupancy. No additional visitors unless approved by the host. Minimum booking age is 21 years old. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
