Amazing Home with 3 en-suite bedrooms, &a princess in Paris themed room, a NASCAR cars room & Pirates of the Caribbean room with great decor, treasure maps&more!9 total TV!Everyone loves this home,aptly named “Disney Delight!” It is THE place to stay to visit WDW,Seaworld &/or Universal! The space Professionally decorated spacious 6br/4 ba villa in Windsor Hills with private pool, spa, and game room. Sleeps in beds a total of 17! Pool may be heated for small additional fee.Themed rooms for the children with Princess in Paris, Nascar & Pirates of the Caribbean. No expense was spared in the professional decor and it shows! This villa is loved by all ages! Please note the front entrance does not have steps and entrance way is greater than 32 inches, and well lit, plus the living room, kitchen, dining room are all on main floor and no steps. Also, there is a queen size bedroom with TV, and a full bathroom on this main ground level floor —but entrance way to bedroom is only 29 inches ….and there are not added handicap features in home …but if someone in your party needs to avoid steps and needs a ground level bedroom —-they are all set as it would allow use of living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and even sliding door access to the pool area and chairs around the pool. Also, please note there is a TV in every bedroom, the living room, dining area plus in the game room..so everyone can see their fav shows! Guest access Entire home for guests Other things to note If wish pool heat, it is $50/night extra and must be paid and pre arranged by a month in advance of arrival, so can have it set up to be on. If decide in less time than 30 days to add it there may be an additional charge added dependent upon home manager’s scheduler if deemed short notice for scheduler to add pool heat. Please note Pool Heaters are connected to the Pool pump, which operates on a timer, which is set to come on in the morning and turn off in the evening/ The pool heater will not work at night. Electric pool heaters/exchangers need to run for hours in order to produce heat. They are only heat exchangers and generate heat off the outside temp, so if the outside temp is 70 degrees the pool will eventually get to 70 degrees over a period of 24-48 hours then will increase by 1 degree per hour. They do not work when outside temp is below 60 degrees, the heater/exchanger will still be running but the compressor will not kick in until the air temp goes above 60 degrees. Our pool heater bought brand new state of the art and was installed 11/2021 but this is info shared with us when we didnt think it was really warm as we had hoped....this is simply how it works. We can't control the weather so if you choose to pay for pool heat there are no refunds and please keep above in mind as make decision on getting pool heat or not. Also, the heat goes to spa and pool, however, if turn on the spa then the heat diverts from pool to the spa then....it is warmer, however, it is still NOT a hot tub. Also, only small starter supply of 1 roll paper towels, 1 roll tp per bathroom, basic small soaps in bathroom, 1 dishwasher pod..so you will need to bring these items Or plan a run to the store—there is a very nearby Walmart Please do NOT remove any items from home including the towels from home, silverware or dishware, pillows, linens, or even pillow cases…we are now charging taking account of these items due to so much loss—and it will be $50 per item missing at departure. Kindly place All trash in trash bags and in the bench at front door —must fit in bench with lid closed —trash should be picked up daily if place it out there by 7 am…Also, IF trash left outside of bench versus inside —there will be a charge of $20/bag minimum..please take extra trash to dumpsters there in community Do Not move any furniture or $200 fee to move it back after your departure No greater please than 2 vehicles at property itself at anytime ..if a 3rd vehicle, please take it to the overflow lot in the community —there is a $200 fine per occurrence if too many cars or if a car parked in the street at our home as per HOA….if a tiny 3rd car and can somehow squeeze it in without touching grass and without blocking sidewalk—it would be allowed BUT if on grass or blocks any of sidewalk—then HOA issues fines $200—so we always just park 2 cars in driveway max and use overflow lot if need a 3rd car for our guests. Also no pass sharing at any time and only guests registerd in proptia can get a pass and no greater than 3 passes… violation of this protocol will result in $100 fine per occurrence or more and can even result in you and your guests all being banned from the community with no refund on your stay,the HOA is very strict as guarding the amenities for use only by owners and registered guests so not overcrowding by those not registered to be in Windsor Hills..thank you for following these HOA rules.
