With a private dock featuring a kayak, two stand-up paddle boards, assorted water toys, fishing poles and ample space for soaking up the sun. This lake side escape is just an hour away from the heart of NYC. Yes, you read that right. Embrace the winter season with ice skating, iceboat races, and ice fishing. Don't forget your coziest slippers for those evenings indoors! The space This home is new construction in 2020, high ceilings and spacious rooms surrounded by lake views. House features an outdoor pergola covered lounge area with flagstone patio and fire pit. Orange Lake is a private lake and does not allow outside boats. It is a pet friendly and relaxed neighborhood. The lake is quiet and never busy with boats. It is busy with paddle boards, children and laughter in the air. Enjoy a sunset walk around the circle, or paddle board across the lake for a cocktail at the famous Lakeside Inn. I always feel like I'm on vacation in this home. There is a 3 night minimum stay during prime season May 24th-Oct 1st. Seasonal rates apply. Guest access Guests can enter with a push button lock code. Code will be given to guest prior to check in and will be changed for each guest for security purposes. Other things to note Hot tub is seasonal. Please inquire about the working status of the hot tub. No refunds if hot tub is not operational.
