The Rocheport Honey House

Our 2 Bedroom (plus mini 3rd bedroom), 2 Full Bath historic bungalow is nestled right in the middle of the quaint town of Rocheport. Just a few steps from the Katy Trail, fabulous shops & restaurants, and the winery - this home will make the perfect location for your quick weekend getaway or your longer stay! Use the two bikes to enjoy a ride on the Katy Trail or to grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants! Enjoy being just minutes from Columbia - stay for a Mizzou game - Go Tigers! The space This home is a historic bungalow. You'll love the cozy feel of the gas fireplace, living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy - coffee pot, toaster, all appliances, dishes & wine accessories. The back deck has beautiful views of the Moniteau Creek area, with a patio table & umbrella and has a gas grill if you choose to cook! Excellent bird watching in the mornings! The front sun porch is perfect for a cup of coffee. Use the brand new walk-in tiled shower in the upper bathroom or enjoy a nice bath in the soaking tub! The main level bath is also fully remodeled and has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 1 has a comfy king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a full bed. Bedroom 3 is a tiny slope ceiling bedroom with a twin bed. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a futon with full mattress. All linens/pillows provided. Small fire pit available with limited firewood to enjoy! The mini bedroom upstairs is stocked with kids toys & games for the little ones to enjoy (pack n play available upon request). Or, grab a book from our lend-a-library in the main level bench. We have several selections of DVD movies as well! Washer/dryer provided - located in basement. Wifi is available. Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee. Guests must be 21 to reserve. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home!
