Enjoy a feast cooked up in the spacious kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, baking sheets, serving dishes. Entertaining your family and friends will be easy in the dining room or outdoor patio. The master suite is spacious and bright, with a dressing area and the bathroom has dual sinks making getting ready for a night out a breeze. There is also a small desk set up to tackle any work projects while away. The TV has a Roku so you can stream your favorite shows using your own paid subscriptions. The second bedroom has Two Twin beds, perfect for families or those who'd rather not share their sleeping space. Golf anyone?: There is something for everyone in the desert, including plenty of choices for golf. Just across Country Club Dr. you will find Desert Willows Golf Club where you can choose from two courses and have lunch in the club house. There are 7 lighted tennis and 4 pickleball courts just steps away and many nearby golf courses to choose from. This community is active and social but most live very QUIET life style. I would definitely recommend a car, however there are taxi's, Uber and Lyft readily available. Although it is not a senior community, it is very quite and many of the residents enjoy the quiet of this location. In addition, the city of Palm Desert has established rules for short term rentals and the brochure will be provided to you via email. By renting this unit you agree to adhere to both the HOA rules and the city rules. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the premises. No parties allowed.
