The home is located close to downtown and just a short distance to historical Gruene, NB square, and crystal clear Comal/Guadalupe Rivers. King size beds in every bedroom. Has room for additional guests with xl-lrg twin roll-out beds. We are a dog-friendly property (pet fee & approval required). We are a Veteran owned property with a 10% Veteran/military discount available for reservations made in-service member's name. THE KITCHEN: We have stocked the kitchen with what you need to create a memorable stay: • Oven, microwave, and dishwasher.   • Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays, cooking utensils, and more • Utensils and dinnerware • Keurig coffee pot and a wide selection of pods. Shares bathroom with Room 3. ROOM 3: Room with King bed, 50 inch smart TV. Shares bathroom with Room 2. BATHROOM 2: Large bathroom with tub/shower.  Nice amenities to include: Soap, conditioner, shampoo, and body wash provided. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note A short term rental lease, full check in/out instructions and house rules will be sent to you after booking. Your signature and ID will be requested a minimum of 24hours prior to check in. Reservation and payment must be in the name of service member requesting discount. PET POLICY: No cats allowed! Please note there is a pet fee of $85.00 that will be requested at booking. Limit 2 dogs. Additional dogs over the 2 limit by special request only and may be subject to an additional pet fee. No dogs on beds and furniture and no animals allowed to be unattended during your stay. We provide both a fully fenced and secure backyard and a large crate if your dog is an escape artist. If your pet is over 120LBS we can provide an extra large crate at no charge, just let us know.
