Renters must live greater than 45 mi to Cincinnati The space This home boasts original hardwood floors, original door hardware, a stained glass accented-window and beautiful french pocket doors. This is a charming one-bedroom, one bath apartment located on the first floor of a two family home. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and an air mattress that may be used on the floor of the living room. Guest access Guests who stay with us will have full access to our outside porch, WiFi/TV/Streaming apps, and the washer/dryer (upon request) that is located in the basement. Other things to note This apartment is located in a two family home. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment located upstairs that we also offer to Airbnb guests. Guests will use the same front door to access the house, but then will have separate 'front' doors and keys to access their own apartment. NO parties will be tolerated and you must be respectful of the other guest renting. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY.
