The primary bedroom is oversized with a king bed and features en-suite patio access and en-suite bathroom access. The primary bathroom features a dual vanity and walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom there are two twin XL beds and an en-suite access to the second bathroom, featuring a single vanity and shower/tub combo (this bathroom is also accessible from a door in the living area). This unit also features a large den, with a Smart TV and second patio access. The den features a high-end memory foam sleeper sofa that is quite comfortable and perfect for additional guests. City of Sanibel Dwelling Rental License - #RDWL- 010953 Guest access Guests have access to a number of resort style amenities including a well appointed beachfront pool and hot tub, community center with activities for children, tennis, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and much more. Guests are entitled to access the Pointe Santo beach chairs as well. Please note we do not include other beach chairs for guest use and they must use the Pointe Santo chairs. Guests also receive a designated parking spot. Other things to note *Please be aware that a clubhouse is currently being built next to Building C, which may result in occasional daytime noise. The project is expected to be completed by July. While this work is outside of our control, we want to be fully transparent so you can plan your stay accordingly.
