My waterfront paradise is located inside the beautiful gated community of Oceanside Village. The community has a heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, 2 large outdoor pools, 2 smaller hot tubs and kids water splash pad, tennis court, pickle ball court, and bocce ball area, and baseball back stop, kids play ground. My house is only 3 mins. by golf cart (which I provide) to the private Beach entrance, and parking area. The space The beach house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are on the smaller side with queen beds, TV's and shared closet, and the third bedroom is set up for kids with 2 bunk beds, singles over full beds, with dresser, small closet, and a TV. The house has a full size washer and dryer, a nice sized parking area, and comes with a golf cart. The living room has a reclining couch and loveseat with a TV and games for the kids. The house is very spacious, and very comfortable and includes everything you need for your stay- Towels, sheets, all appliances, spices, pots and pans, dishes, and internet. Guest access whole house Other things to note The two queen bedrooms are small. There's enough room for queen bed, wall TV, two end tables, 6 baskets for small clothes and a share closet with hangers at the end of the hall. The bunk room has one dresser and closet off laundry room and wall TV. The laundry room also has cleaners closets.
