You’ll have effortless access to a sparkling swimming pool, a sandy beach, miles of trails to explore, and all the delicious dining and shopping you can handle.  4 golf courses in Sandestin. The SeaBlue condo in Elations is beautiful, bright, and classic— and bathed in sandy neutrals and calming blues that reflect the soothing coastal location. A comfy sofa— which is also a pull-out bed— and armchair face a large flatscreen television and create a perfect space to curl up with your favorite TV show or a great movie. Large windows allow the dappled Florida sunshine to pour in and frame the views of the swaying palm trees.  A rustic dining table with seating for four leads into the open kitchen. A peninsula bar has additional casual seating. Bright white cabinets, appliances, and quartz countertops create a luxe, pristine workspace that’s fully equipped to brew the morning coffee, pour some happy hour cocktails, or prepare a full dinner. Through a glass door is your sun-kissed private patio with comfy, plush lounge chairs. In the one bedroom, a luxe, king-size bed faces a flatscreen television while bright, natural light floods the room. There’s plenty of dresser space and closet space for unpacking. In the bathroom, there’s a tub/shower combo and a custom vanity with double vessel sinks. The condo also has a stackable washer and dryer. Elation is the newest edition to the premier Sandestin resort and is located only steps away from the sparkling, lagoon-shaped resort pool with beach access. Spend your peaceful days swimming, sunning, reading, or simply relaxing in the shade of a palm tree. Golfers will rejoice at the sheer variety of different courses nearby, and tennis players will love the clay courts.  A short stroll or a ride in your golf cart will bring you to the Village of Baytowne and an endless array of delicious dining, casual cafes, art galleries, and eclectic shopping. Parking in the garage- Sandestin charges 10.00 to get a qr code to park in the garage of Elations. it is a one time fee for your whole stay. The complex will send a text the day of your arrival to fill out your car informati9n to receive the qr code. The extra amenties are not required, but if you decide you would like to enjoy any of the amenties, the FEES are not due till two months before your stay Extra Amenities - Golf cart and special access parking at beach access- $300 per week. I pay for a special club membership that allows you to park for free with our golf cart. Without the golf cart Sandestin charges $20.00 per day for parking at the beach access $200 for less than 3 days-Golf cart I have purchased a special membership that allows the use of an underground golf cart tunnel to the beach access (by the beach house restaurant and the inside gate for upclose beach parking. No $20.00 per day parking fee when you are using the golf cart at the beach access More information about Laura's Condominium. ◦ To lock the front door: make sure the inside latch is turned to the right before closing the door. ◦ To lock patio door: pull up firmly on the handle until you hear a click. Lower the handle, then turn the lock. ◦ Orange Golf Cart: Must be parked in the golf cart area only in parking spot assigned by the elevator. When exiting the elevator, turn left and left again. The key is in the wooden bowl on the countertop. ◦ Charging the golf cart: The cart will be charged, but for longer stays, you may wish to charge it. To find the cord, flip up the back seat. The cord is in a compartment on the floor. ◦ Beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas: When exiting the elevator, turn right. Veer to the back, left corner, and find. The cage is marked with the condo number: 5415. The key to the cage is on the golf cart ring. ◦ Pool: Take the elevator to the lobby. Turn left and exit doors. Veer to the left. The pool is ahead on your right. ◦ Fitness Center: Use the same directions as going to the pool located in Grand Lobby next door to Elations ◦ Grand Lobby. is located next door to Elations. ◦ Baytown Wharf: This is within walking distance, but you can also take the cart. Use directions for fitness center, but veer to the right instead of walking up to Hotel Effie. There are many restaurants and shops. There is often live music. There is a pamphlet listing all venues in the bowl on the countertop. ◦ Shops on Grand Boulevard: Starbucks, Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, several nice restaurants, a movie theater. Near Hyatt Place. Put Pottery Barn into your GPS to get the directions. There are many more shops than listed here. (you can go to all the entertainment and shopping areas by golf cart). ◦ Farmer’s Market every Saturday 9-1 at Grand Park near Shops on Grand Boulevard ◦ Heated rooftop pool at Hotel Effie. It has a pool bar. A must-see! No code is needed to enter. you are not allowed to swim at this pool, but you can enjoy the view and have a drink at the bar ◦ Map of property: located in Sandestin Magazine, found in the wooden bowl on the countertop. ◦ Trash: When exiting a condo to go toward the elevator, the trash room is located on the left. You will also be supplied with a one-day starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, and tide pods for your convenience. .
