Welcome to our cozy tiny home at Arizona Oasis Resort! Our 399-square-foot retreat with a charming loft offers river views and direct access to water sports with a park launch. Relax on the porch, gather around the firepit, and explore nearby Quartzsite, just one exit from the California border. Perfect for a fun and adventurous getaway! The space Relax on the porch with river views or take a short walk to the waterfront. Our cozy home features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and Smart TV, and a loft with two queen beds, a fold-out single sleeper, and Roku. The living room boasts river views, a 55" Smart TV with cable, and a newer queen fold out sleeper. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with new appliances, including a mini dishwasher, and a large counter-height table seating five. The porch has six chairs, a propane fire pit table, and a propane grill (one propane tank is shared between pit and grill). Enjoy all Arizona Oasis amenities, including activities, a pool, spa, boat launch, desert trails, beach front with fire pits, and playground. Extra restrooms with showers(no charge) and Laundry facilities are available for a fee, just a short walk away. Our serene community values peace and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. If you are booking to get loud and party, this spot is not for you. Just one exit away:-) Guest access pool, spa, river and slide(open seasonally), boat launch, and club house. Other things to note **House Rules** 1. Quiet time begins at 10 PM. 2. Max occupancy is 6 guests. 3. No extra guests are allowed at any time. 4. Only registered guests can use resort facilities, including the private beach. 5. Parking is to the right, with a maximum of 2 cars. You may fit 3 if you pull all the way up. 6. The grill is propane. - There is one tank shared between the fire pit and the grill. - If you wish to use both simultaneously, please bring a second tank. - If the tank is empty, Flying J refills it. We will cover the cost of the refill with receipts. 7. Please clean the grill after use. There is a $25 charge if not cleaned. 8. Arizona Oasis has little cabins available for rent if you have a larger group and need more space. 9. Pets may be permitted upon request and require a pet fee.
