This cozy studio style cottage sleeps 2 guests. It has a queen bed and a full bath w/ shower. There is a washing machine in the cabin & outdoor clothes line for drying. *Laundry detergent is NOT provided* We are dog friendly --NO additional fee. (NO CATS ALLOWED). TV Steaming provided (Hulu live, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Apple TV). *An AWD/4WD VEHICLE IS A MUST DURING WINTER AND EARLY SPRING! YOU SHOULD HAVE WINTER TIRES WITH GOOD TREAD (not all season). WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!! The space An exceptional view and privacy. The studio cottage has a queen bed, reclining sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs and a private full bath with a shower. The covered porch has a Weber BBQ gas grill (we provide the propane) and a couple chairs for seating at the bar tops. High speed fiber optic internet w/wifi and streaming TV services provided. **We do NOT supply coffee for the Keurig or drip coffee maker** While we do allow dogs we do NOT allow cats. We are highly allergic. Please let us know if you’re bringing your dog(s), so that we are aware. During the spring/summer/fall seasons the hammocks are hanging outside for your use, enjoyment and relaxation. We hope you enjoy your stay and that you'll choose to return again! Guest access Entire cottage, outdoor covered porch with propane gas grill, yard, hammock swings (seasonally) and fire pit area. We have a standby generator so you'll never be without power or water during a power outage. Our water is well water - perfectly clean and drinkable! Other things to note We have a large bonfire pit with large boulders for seating. We provide wood for the fire pit for your use - you'll see it stacked between trees near the edge of the woods. There is a Weber gas grill for your use on the covered porch. We provide propane for the grill. There are outdoor string porch lights with vintage bulbs hung around the inside of the porch - just plug them in to the outlet when you would like them on and unplug them when you're done. No additional pet fee for your dog(s). NO CATS ALLOWED. Our home and cottage are monitored by outdoor video surveillance cameras for our protection due to our homes remote location. Our outdoor cameras are operational during your stay.
