This 1st floor villa is only 4 units back from oceanfront! About a three minute walk until your toes hit sand- even closer to the pool. This is the perfect location for families since it's such a short walk with beach equipment to carry. With a queen bed, comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and twin captain's bunks, sleeps up to 6 people (children under 12 best for bunks.) Brand new tiled tub/shower combo completed in 2023. We personally manage this, so no property management company to deal with! This 1 bed, 1 bathroom unit is 590 square feet. It is a family-friendly villa includes free wifi. It's on the peaceful side of the resort with NO parking lot view, so no beeping cars and unloading luggage sounds at all hours. A secluded balcony gives you the restful time away you need. The white sand beach stretches for miles in both directions, perfect for an evening stroll, bike rides along the shore or jogging for exercise. This open and welcoming villa can be the restoring retreat you need and deserve. This property includes: -Fully equipped kitchen -All new appliances -2 new flat screen TVs -Charging ports for cell phones in bedroom -Sleeping for 6 -Kitchen table seating for 4 -Patio table and seating for 2 -Beach equipment including chairs, cooler, wagon, boogie boards -Hair dryer -Iron & ironing board -There are two adult-sized bikes available for use with this villa. The resort has two large pools and a kiddie pool, a playground, shuffleball court, pickleball, tennis courts, basketball,and an on-site fitness center all included in your stay (The fitness center does require an access card you can pick up in the lobby. There is a $20 deposit that's returned when you return the card). During the summer months there are fre daily resort activities for the kids such as an in-pool movie night. There is on-site security available 24 hours a day. The resort also has 3 on-site restaurants, two of which have bars, and a laundromat available on the same floor as our villa. Island Amenities Hilton Head Island boasts numerous world-class putting greens where you can attempt your next hole-in-one. Port Royal Barony Golf Course, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and Shipyard Golf Club are just a few of the nearby courses to check out! The iconic Harbour Town Lighthouse and Museum can't be missed, offering breathtaking views of the island. Be sure to go up in time to see the sunset colors reflecting over rippling water.
