Dog Friendly House w/ Dock on Lake Travis

Launch your Boat at Mansfield Dam and keep it on our dock during your stay! The dock is in Deepwater and there is room to park your trailer on the property. Lots of great bands on the schedule at nearby Rock Planet. Dog-friendly Lake Travis House with a private dock and incredible views of the lake and sunset. The house has a large living room and dining room area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. This is a great space to relax and enjoy the fun of Lake Travis. The space We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. We moved here in June 2018. We are continually working to make this place as beautiful as she deserves to be. We are looking forward to sharing it with new friends in the AirB&B community. We have a swim dock and a dedicated boat dock that has deep water access all the way out to main channel. Guests have access to a lilly pad, 4 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards. The property has great gathering areas such as the huge back deck and the the fire pit. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from 3+ decks or patios or over the tips of the flames in the stone firepit. We like to use the words rustic, charming and quirky! Whether you are looking for a great place to get together with lots of family and friends or are looking for a quiet romantic weekend at the lake. AND who doesnt LOVE a place that encourages you to bring your 4 legged Canine fur-babies as well! We like cats but are going to claim allergies lol please leave cats at home. Plus they're terrible road trippers! ;) Guest access At the Lake Travis Beach House guests enjoy 132’ of private lake access and their own dock/swim platform with kayaks and a lily pad! We also have a boat dock that has deep water access all the way out to the main channel of Lake Travis. from our dock you are close to great lakeside restaurants and bars like Sundancer Grill, Gnarly Gar, and Vincent's (the old Carlos and Charlies). Devil's Cove is just a short ride up the lake and Arkansas Bend is right across the lake. We have great decks, a dock, and a fire pit.
