The space The house is professionally deep cleaned and sanitized to CDC recommended standards before each guest. The property is equipped for long term stays with viking gas cooktop, dishes, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge with filtered ice/water dispenser, microwave, full size oven, food warming drawer, pots/pans, cooking utensils/implements, towels/linens, full size Washer and Dryer. Gigantic backyard with fruit trees. The house is baby friendly and has baby proof locks on the drawers and cabinets if needed. All of Dallas' hottest restaurants are available to deliver via delivery apps. All Dallas attractions are accessible via Uber/Lyft The house is a 1921 historic art deco style bungalow. wood floors and vintage finishes will give a taste of Dallas architectural history. The Property has a lockbox for easy check in and check out. It also has cameras at the entrance and back entrance for your security. ****Please note before booking.**** Our home is over 99 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina both inside and outside. The built in linen cabinet in the hallway is still under restoration. There are repaired patches and small scratches on the antique doors and built in cabinetry. The floorboards have some wood stain splashes from when we refinished the floors. Our place is perfect for short term or long term rental, Patients in town for medical procedures. Great for families looking to relax in a big comfortable space. Guest access There is a built in Linen cabinet in the hallway that is still under restoration and not accessible. The floor in the master bedroom closet is in original condition. Don’t miss our fruit trees in the backyard, we have mulberries in spring, pecans in fall, pomegranates in summer, and grapes and figs when it’s a good rainy Texas summer. Other things to note bbq grill in the backyard for outdoor fun!
