This El Mercado inspired casita features cozy interior/exterior w/ vibrant artwork/decorations thruout. Enjoy meals or cocktails outside where you'll find a BBQ/pergola area that includes fire pit and over-sized cedar benches. Entire place is fenced in. Relax inside and get your cozy on. The space This historic Mexican-style casita is a perfect and safe getaway with the property all to yourself and contactless check in and check out. Casita is also pet friendly as long as your furs are friendly to casita (see pet instructions below). There's a TV in both bedrooms and living room and one outside by the hot tub are. Alexa inside, a record player (see care instructions below), Scrabble, Boggle, Bananagram or my fav, Mexican Bingo, and more, quaint work area, faux fireplace, kitchen bar, claw tub in master bath, king bed in main bedroom, queen bed in guest bedroom. There are also two outside patios to lounge, as well as a deck with hot tub and BBQ area. There's free parking all around the residence and the car port can fit up to 2 cars or trucks comfortably. My historic Casa de San Antonio is pet friendly as long as your furs are friendly to casita. And as long as my wonderful guests keep honoring this, I will not have pet fees. 🐶 If you have pets, please ensure there is ZERO evidence your fur babies were ever at Casa De San Antonio. Las Casita es mi preciosa gem. I lived here for 5 years and put a lot of blood, sweat and tears in it. Also the property is fenced, but your furs could figure their way out, so I wouldn’t ever leave them unattended outside. RECORD PLAYER AND ALBUMS ARE NOT FOR CHILDREN TO HANDLE., but tacos they can handle all they want! AND ADULTS, PLEASE HANDLE THE NEEDLE AND ALBUMS LIKE IT’S YOUR ABUELITA - with extreme care. Thank you so much for your care and respect of my home. There’s a security camera outside by the back door. There are NO security cameras inside the casita. Guest access Anything and everything. :-) Other things to note HOT TUB USE: Remove cover when in use, put it back on when not in use. To operate the control panel, keep temp at 98-102 degrees (summertime 80-95) by pressing the + and – button. The button next to that, press it once to turn the hot tub on, press again to turn it off. Press the light button next to that button to turn on the lights when using at night, press it again to turn it off when not using. Do NOT touch the last button or you won’t have a hot hot tub. This happens often and guests get mad but don’t press it and you will have heat. If the heat won’t work you can unplug the hot tub for 1 minute and plug it back in and it will start to heat up, just do NOT touch anything until it completely starts back up, so for like 5 minutes. Then you can touch the buttons, except again do NOT touch the last one. The claw tub in master bathroom has the set up to take a shower, but really it’s best suited for taking a bath. Also, this is an old home, 1927, and although everything has been updated, it’s still an old historic home and things won’t function exactly like a brand-new home. Registration Details STR-20-13500124
