It is newly decorated and has a charcoal grill for you to relax on the deck while cooking. Plenty of room for boats in the large driveway. Located 20 minutes from Paris and 5 minutes from Sandy Creek wedding and event center. All holidays are minimum 3 nite stay. The space The kitchen/living room is one large space....Great for entertaining! The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home which is great for privacy. Please know that the extra bunk bed is in the bathroom of the master bedroom. It is all one open room and there is a curtain to close off the bunk beds for privacy. The bunk is a Queen /twin.
