It's a mainly residential area though you will find businesses like coffee shops, bars, restaurants and breweries in walking distance. Street parking is plentiful. Public transit, uber, bike/scooter share is all incredibly close as well. We have put a lot of time and effort into the furnishing, fixtures, and details of this property.
