Kitchen: •Open full kitchen with dining table and chairs •Equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, fridge, stove and oven •Stocked with dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, and basic cookware Bathroom: •Clean, stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, hand/face lotion, Q-tips. •Shower/tub combo •Blow dryer •Jack&Jill style - Sink 1 is off master bedroom, toilet/tub in the center, Sink 2 is off the hallway. SLEEPING CONFIGURATION •Bedroom 1: King size memory foam mattress, TV •Bedroom 2: Queen size memory foam mattress, TV Parking: 1 car garage or driveway Dimensions: 6'11" tall, 8'2" wide, 16'10" deep Outside: patio table, grill, fenced yard Traveling with a BABY? Ask me about renting baby equipment for your stay so you can pack and travel lighter! Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Min $50/dog pet fee will be sent separately and must be paid prior to checking in. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy. GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly. Pests: The condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. Fireplace is for looks ONLY - it is NOT functional, do not attempt to start a fire. Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking space. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles. Security cameras installed outside to monitor guest count & for security reasons Permit#206182 City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back. Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.
