CABANA CLUB pool club included free Private heated pool in backyard! Beach towels Pool heat is set at 85 degrees Hot Tub (Heat optional - $50 per week or less for longer stays). Parking for 3 vehicles & 1 boat trailer Dock for a boat of 25 feet overall length. See below Air conditioner has a lower limit of 74 degrees The space DOCK : there is a boat on a lift on either side of the 28 feet of dock space and all boats must be at least 2 feet away from the boats on the lifts. Properly docking a boat with a spring line is essential so that it does not drift into the other boats! Umbrella next to the pool is not for guests use This single family house gives added privacy and has fences along the property lines in the backyard. Private Pool + Hot Tub Pool Temp set at 85 degrees. Hot Tub Heat costs an extra $50 per week. No parities allowed at this house. Trash, cigarette butts, bottle caps and other debris left in the backyard will incur an extra cleaning charge of between $25 and $100 Trash must be in plastic bags in outside bins. Any loose chum boxes or other that cause a mess will result in a $25-$50 sorting fee
