Spacious upstairs apartment 2 blocks from AT&T stadium within entertainment district (Six Flags, Texas Live, Rangers). Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Kitchen with necessary pans/utensils is provided and smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account. Wifi and other amenities are included to enhance your stay. We are a young couple who love to provide our guests with Texas hospitality. The space Bedrooms: - Queen size bed, night stand, overhead ceiling fan Please note: the space is exactly as pictured, and we do not have dressers or chairs in the bedrooms. Kitchen: - Full size, functional space. - Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave. - Basic pots/pans as well as utensils, coffee mugs, and glasses provided. - Keurig coffee maker (no coffee pot) that takes k-pods. Dining Area: - Next to the kitchen, with a table and chairs - it is an open concept. Living Room: - One sofa that also functions as a pull out bed (sleeps 2) - Coffee table - TV (please note, we do not have cable, but rather a smart TV to connect to your subscriptions) Please note: The couch and dining chairs are the source of seating - please refer to pictures. Outside: - The apartment is in an independently owned four plex. It is an older building - please refer to pictures. Guest access The entire apartment unit is yours! It is an upstairs unit Access and Check-in/Check-out Times: - Keypad Entry - Check in anytime after 4pm - Check out anytime before 11am - Unfortunately we are no longer able to accomodate early check-in/late check-out out of respect to our cleaners schedule. Neighborhood/Surrounding Area: - The apartment is located in an older working class neighborhood 2 blocks from the AT&T stadium. Please ensure this fits your needs prior to booking. - We are 2 blocks from the AT&T Stadium. Most folks either walk to stadium events or bring their own vehicle. Parking: - We have space for free parking for your vehicle off the street in our parking lot. Please ask prior to bringing trailers, moving trucks, or more than two vehicles. Other things to note This apartment is an upstairs unit that is accessible by one flight of stairs. There is potential for noise from other tenants, neighbors, as well as city noise. We have neighbors that have pets including dogs and a rooster. No smoking, no weed, no pets, and absolutely no events/parties. Outdoor security cameras
