The tapered riverbank makes this location great for young kids and adults who love to sit in the water and enjoy a cocktail. There are shallow river areas, perfect for children to catch minnows and play in the rocks, and deep swimming holes for fishing and swimming. Take a walk on our nature trails where abundant wildlife can be seen. This cabin is part of a family-owned business, Frio River Cabins, and sits on 26 acres with 5 other cabins and a house, all nicely spaced apart for privacy. Original 6 Cabins, Cabin #1 has a private outdoor area with: -picnic table -charcoal BBQ pit -campfire ring -front porch with rocking chairs and bench seating The property has a community area nestled in a pecan grove with: -volleyball net -additional picnic tables -string lights Pricing is for 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per guest per night up to 8 guests. Pet fee is $50 per stay for ONE PET. An ADDITIONAL FEE of $20 per pet per night will be requested for each additional pet, maximum of 2 pets. 2 pets may require a damage deposit. Please contact our office for more information. Pets will be checked at check in. WHAT TO BRING: Pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, toiletries, lawn chairs and ice. We start you off with a few rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, please bring extra. Linens are supplied for an additional cost, excluding the peak season time period (late May, June, July) due to labor shortages in our rural area. Contact our office for more information regarding adding the linen package to your stay. Online Booking Instructions During Peak Season and Holidays: When booking online: Please do not leave a one night opening between your reservation and the reservation before or after you. If you leave a one-night opening, we will call you after your reservation processes through our online system, to adjust your reservation dates. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call.
